Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking a Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing at patients’ homes across the OKC metro, including Newcastle and nearby communities. You’ll manage wound care, medications, and disease management while building plans of care with the team.
Full-time or part-time roles available, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay. A supportive leadership team and opportunities to work with LPNs, aides and therapists are offered.
Newcastle, Blanchard and the I-44 corridor are growing fast, and so is the need for home health nursing there. Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to help care for patients in this part of the metro. Nurses from anywhere in the OKC area are welcome, and we work to schedule visits near wherever you live.
As a Home Health RN with us, you get time to actually know your patients, freedom to plan your day, and a team behind you on every case. Experienced home health nurses and RNs coming from hospital, clinic or LTC settings are both welcome.
We care for patients across the Oklahoma City metro, with growing demand in Newcastle, Blanchard, Tuttle and Moore. Wherever you live in the metro, we work to keep your visits close to home, though staffing and patient needs can sometimes require visits in other areas.
Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is locally owned and operated, Veteran and nurse owned, and has served the OKC metro since 1999 with a 4.5 star CMS rating. Our care is guided by HomeLife Enrichment, our philosophy of supporting the whole person: physical health, emotional well-being, and the things that make life meaningful at home. Outside of patient care, our team stays involved through Meals on Wheels and our monthly Veteran-to-Veteran coffee.
