Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking a Home Health RN to provide compassionate in-home visits in Mustang and the west side of the OKC metro. You’ll assess, teach, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
Full-time or part-time options, per-visit pay with a salaried alternative, mileage or company car, and weekly pay. We value autonomy, reliability, and patient‑centered care.
Tired of the drive to a hospital shift? Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), with a growing need for nursing visits in Mustang and the west side of the metro. We hire nurses throughout the OKC metro and do our best to schedule visits close to wherever you live.
Home health nursing means one patient at a time, real time to assess and teach, and a team of LPNs, aides and therapists working with you. Whether you’ve done home health for years or you’re a med-surg, ICU or clinic RN ready for something different, we want to meet you.
We serve the full Oklahoma City metro, with a strong current need around Mustang, Yukon, Tuttle and SW Oklahoma City. Nurses from anywhere in the metro are welcome to apply. We aim to group visits near your home, though staffing and patient needs may occasionally mean visits in other areas.
Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is locally owned and operated, Veteran and nurse owned, and has served the OKC metro since 1999 with a 4.5 star CMS rating. Our care is guided by HomeLife Enrichment, our philosophy of supporting the whole person: physical health, emotional well‑being, and the things that make life meaningful at home. Outside of patient care, our team stays involved through Meals on Wheels and our monthly Veteran‑to‑Veteran coffee.
