Dependable Health Services in Arizona seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in-home care, assessments, and individualized plans in Green Valley & Sahuarita areas. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Training provided; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona required for home health practice.
• CPR certification and reliable transportation are expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities essential.
• Organizational skills to manage plans and visits.
• Ability to educate patients and families effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on managing conditions and independence.
• Monitor progress and update care plans as needed.
• Supervise LPNs and HHA to ensure quality care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for coordinated care.
