Job summary

Dependable Health Services in Arizona is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home care in the South West Tucson and GV/Sahuarita areas. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available; training provided and new grads welcome.

You will perform in-home assessments, administer medications, educate patients and caregivers, supervise LPNs and HHAs, and participate in interdisciplinary care meetings while delivering flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• At least 1 year nursing experience; home health, hospice, or critical care preferred.
• CPR certification and a valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home patient assessments and create care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments per orders.
• Educate patients and caregivers on condition management and independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress; report updates to the care team.
• Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides to ensure quality and compliance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate holistic care.
