Job summary

HealthFlex is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate in-home care, conduct assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes autonomy in managing patient care within a defined geography in California.

The ideal candidate will hold a CA RN license, have at least 1 year of direct patient care RN experience, and possess CPR certification. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted CA RN License.
• 1 year of RN experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive home health assessments and patient evaluations.
• Administer medications and monitor patient health in home settings.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with home health regulations.
