Job summary

A home healthcare company in California is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care in the community. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and document progress.
• Educate patients on their plan of care and medication.
• Coach family members on home safety and care.
