Job summary

HealthFlex is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate in-home care across California. You will conduct assessments, administer medications, monitor patient health, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, compliant care in patients' homes.

Ideal candidates hold a CA RN license, have 1 year of direct patient care experience, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN License is required.
• 1 year of RN experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate home health nursing to patients in their homes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patient health.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
