Qualifications

• Current RN license for CO is required.
• Health certificate (per facility contract or state regulation).
• PPD or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card required.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiates plan of care and updates as patient needs change.
• Delivers nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Responds to changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and documents effectiveness.
• Reviews plan of care and educates on care coordination and discharge needs.
