Job summary

Argus Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN to join our Home Health team in La Junta, CO. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role includes on-call duties, care planning, patient education, and adherence to CMS and Colorado regulations, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN License or compact covering Colorado.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean MVR.
• One year nursing experience in home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call duties per policy.
• Coordinate care plans and admit patients.
• Arrange equipment, supplies, and services for patients.
• Review patient care per CMS and Colorado guidelines; update care plans.
