Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Home health RN experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule including admissions.
• Comfort with technology and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Develop care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete admissions and ongoing nursing assessments.
• Educate and support patients and families through changing needs.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
