Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or approved school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current license to practice professional nursing in NC/SC.
• CPR certification required.
• One year RN experience; total 2+ years clinical experience.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, interpret, plan, implement and evaluate patients by age/diagnosis.
• Manage care for a caseload and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate information per agency policies and guidelines.
