Job summary

Well Care Home Health of the Southern Triangle, Inc. seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in home health settings across age groups. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team and communicate per agency guidelines.

The role requires NC/SC RN licensure, CPR, 1 year RN experience (2+ total clinical), and a valid NC driver's license, with flexible hours including weekends as needed. Home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (AD, Diploma or BSN).
• Current license to practice professional nursing in NC/SC; CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; 2+ years total clinical experience; home health preferred.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Must be literate in English and able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to transfer/guard patients weighing at least 50 pounds; operate patient-care equipment.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care; explain conditions to patients.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and ambulation; physical stamina required.
• Ability to read readouts and use equipment; vision/hearing adequate for patient care.
• Flexible schedule; weekends/holidays as needed; diverse population served.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; adhere to safety protocols.
