Job summary

Well Care Home Health of the Southern Triangle, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care across diverse ages in the Hope Mills area. You will assess patients, plan and carry out nursing interventions, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; AD, Diploma, or BSN.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in NC/SC; CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; total 2+ years clinical experience; home health preferred.
• Ability to communicate and be literate in English.
• Physical ability to transfer patients and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable vehicle.
