Hill Country Preferred Senior Care Home Health is seeking a Home Health - Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in Junction, TX. You will assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and educate patients and families on healthcare practices.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license with CPR certification, at least one year of nursing experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Texas RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
