Hill Country Preferred Senior Care Home Health is seeking a Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes in Junction, TX. Job Summary

Hill Country Preferred Senior Care Home Health The Home Health - Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. They will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement and evaluate nursing care. The Home Health - Registered Nurse will also educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and disease prevention.
