BrightStar Care of Acton, Andover and Lowell is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled home health nursing in patients' homes, partnering with families and physicians to plan and implement tailored care plans that promote safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have strong IV skills, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and experience in home health or acute settings is a plus.

Formación

• Active RN license in state of practice (Massachusetts).
• Excellent IV skills and sterile technique.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain IV access and administer specialty infusions as prescribed.
• Access PICC lines and ports.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Liaise between patients, physicians, and pharmacies as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Remain compliant with all guidelines.
