Job summary

Tri-FLEXSI Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a contractor in the Greater Houston Area. Flexible visits and competitive compensation are offered, with payments made semi-monthly.

The RN will plan, organize and direct home care services, assess patients, develop and revise care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and families to meet home care needs.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing.
• Maintains a current CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle.
• Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in public health or home care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial patient and family assessments to determine home care needs.
• Provide full physical assessment and medical history.
• Regularly re-evaluate nursing needs and adjust plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with physicians and families to implement care plans.
• Act as Case Manager when assigned and coordinate patient care.
