Job summary
Tri-FLEXSI Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) on a contractor basis to service the Greater Houston Area, including the surrounding regions.
Compensation ranges from $55 to $100 per visit, paid semi-monthly, with Houston-only coverage as stated. The RN will plan, organize, and direct home care services, perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and coordinate care with
Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current RN licensure to practice in Texas.
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited school of nursing.
- Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Completes initial patient/family assessments to determine home care needs.
- Develops and revises care plans with nursing diagnoses and goals.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provides health education to patient and family.
- Coordinates discharge planning and case management as needed.
- Communicates with physicians and community health professionals as required.
