Job summary

Argus Home Health Care in Pueblo is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for home health. RNs provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes.

The position requires caring for patients in their homes, with on-call duties, and adherence to Colorado regulations. On-site work, flexible scheduling, and paid training are offered along with benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• One year nursing experience in home health preferred.
• Valid Driver's License & clean MVR.
• Paid training available and PRN with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call duties per policy.
• Assess and coordinate care plans; admit patients; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide skilled nursing procedures, medications, and treatments as prescribed by physician.
• Supervise LPNs and home health aides per regulations.
• Educate patients and caregivers on self-care, medications, and preventive health measures.
