Job summary

MedStar Health Home Care is seeking an experienced Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to serve Northern Prince George's County, covering Beltsville/Calverton, Laurel, Bowie, Greenbelt, and surrounding communities. You will provide skilled, compassionate care in patients' homes, assess conditions, and develop care plans in collaboration with the care team.

Active DC RN license and BLS are required. 1–2 years RN experience (ICU/Med-Surg) or home health preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL required from an accredited school
• 1-2 years RN experience (ICU/CCU/Med-Surg/Oncology/Gerontology) within last 5 years or 1-2 years Home Health preferred
• Active DC RN License and BLS for Healthcare Providers required (AHA or Red Cross)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex.
• Assess evolving patient conditions, identify health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
• Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated with other home health nursing team members.
