VNA of Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health visits in the Stuart and Hobe Sound area. You will complete OASIS assessments, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Active Florida RN license and at least one year of nursing experience are required, with home health experience and OASIS familiarity preferred. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful, patient-centered care.
Competenze
- Active Florida RN license.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience.
- Home health experience preferred.
- OASIS experience preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Mansioni
- Perform skilled nursing visits in patient homes.
- Complete OASIS assessments and documentation.
- Develop and manage individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety.
