Job summary

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) in Worcester, MA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health care team. This full‑time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive salaried pay, and meaningful one‑on‑one patient care in patients’ homes.

You must have a MA RN license, at least one year of clinical nursing experience, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with afternoon availability; prior home care experience is strongly preferred and supported by our

Qualifications

Current Massachusetts RN license or compact license accepted.
Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience.
Afternoon availability and Monday–Friday availability required.
Previous home care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Providing skilled nursing treatments and interventions.
Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions.
Educating patients and caregivers regarding medications, treatments, and safety.
Providing wound care and other skilled nursing services as appropriate.
Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation.
