Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our growing team in Indiana. You will provide in-home nursing care, coordinate with caregivers, and support patients to stay healthy at home. The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and opportunities to advance clinically while serving a broad community.

Qualified candidates have an active RN license, at least 1 year of home health experience (OASIS a plus), and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience; home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
