Job summary
Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our home health team in Casper, WY. You will provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, develop care plans, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team.
This full-time position offers flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with mileage reimbursement for travel. A Wyoming RN license is required, and reliable transportation is essential to serve patients in the Casper area.
Qualifications
- Current Wyoming RN license.
- Experience in home care or a related setting.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans.
