You'll assess needs, develop care plans, administer treatments, educate families, and maintain detailed records. This position offers per diem shifts with flexible hours and a supportive work environment.

Qualificações

• Current Wyoming RN license is required.
• Minimum 0 years of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
