Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a full-time compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team in Casper, Wyoming. You will provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, supporting their comfort and independence.

The position requires an active Wyoming RN license, eligibility for per diem shifts, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement applies; opportunities for professional growth and working with a dedicated interdisciplinary

Qualifications

Current Wyoming RN license.
0 years minimum experience in home care or related setting.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans.
