Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Florida. The RN will apply the nursing process and deliver patient care under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, documenting plans, and revising care plans as needed. Competitive salary and flexible scheduling are offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of practice is required.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Document the patient's plan of care using nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes, and interventions.
• Performs interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
• Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in the medical plan of care, and effectiveness of interventions.
• Uses clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor.
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.
