AccentCare Inc. is seeking an RN Field Nurse for Home Health in the Lynnwood, WA area. This full-time role delivers direct and indirect patient care, guiding CHHAs and CNAs while following the Patient Care Plan to meet diverse patient needs.

The position supports pediatric through geriatric patients, requires an active RN license in Washington, and a current CPR certification. Schedule is Monday–Friday with salary in the advertised range and experience-based offers.

Competenze

• RN license to practice nursing in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Assess nursing needs of assigned patients and implement the individualized care plan.
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care to pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Coordinate with CHHAs and CNAs under supervision and guidance.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care as patient needs change.
