Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health in Renton, WA. This full-time role covers King County and surrounding areas, with Monday–Friday schedules and no remote work.

Under RN supervision, you will provide direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patients and maintain accurate medical records. The position requires an accredited practical nursing program graduate, active LPN license in the state, and at least 1 year of LVN/LPN experience, plus CPR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Currently Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of operation.
• One year of LVN/LPN work experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical nursing functions and direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Promotes and maintains optimal client care under RN supervision.
• Maintains a safe patient environment.
• Documents patient data and communicates abnormalities to the case manager.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments; reviews medications for interactions and adverse effects.
