Job summary

Kettering Home Care in Dayton, OH, is seeking an RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes during after-hours, Monday through Friday evenings. You will work autonomously under physician direction and maintain chart reviews when no after-hours needs arise.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active license in the state of employment.
• Minimum one-year RN experience in acute care; home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name.
• Designated workspace at home to assist with chart reviews when after-hours needs are minimal.
• Capable of all physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Respond to after-hours needs and provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes as directed by the physician.
• Work autonomously and manage time efficiently; follow state scope of practice.
• When after-hours needs are low, assist with chart review or patient phone calls from home.
