Job summary
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment (MI).
- Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
- Home care experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
- Designated workspace at home to assist with chart reviews if there are minimal to no after-hours needs.
- Capable of all physical demands.
Responsibilities
- Respond to after-hours needs and provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes as directed by the attending physician.
- Work autonomously and manage time efficiently to cover after-hours shifts.
- Assist with chart reviews or patient phone calls from home when there are minimal after-hours needs.
