Job summary
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- Minimum one year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name.
Responsibilities
- Provide after-hours skilled nursing care in patients' homes as directed by the physician.
- Work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
- Perform chart reviews or patient phone calls when after-hours needs are minimal.
- Complete duties within state scope of practice.
