Job summary

Aspirus At Home in Ironwood, MI is seeking a REGISTERED NURSE to join our field team. The RN coordinates home health services, delivers quality nursing care, and documents care in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Full-time position (0.8 FTE / 64 hours per week) on day shift with weekend on call; requires Michigan RN license, BLS, and valid driver''s license. Benefits include PTO from day one and retirement plan match.

Qualifications

• Requires Michigan RN license and BLS certification.
• Bachelor''s or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Valid driver''s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Experience in home health or public health nursing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality, safe home health nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Coordinate provision of home health services in line with agency standards.
• Document care consistently with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Participate in on-call and schedule coverage as needed.
