Job summary

ChristianaCare HomeHealth in Sussex County, DE is seeking a Full Time RN to provide skilled nursing care in the community. You will work day shifts, one weekend a month, two holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month.

Must be IV proficient or willing to train; BSN is required with ADN-to-BSN within 3 years, and a current DE RN or compact license. 1 year RN experience; home health and Med-Surg preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; ADN must obtain BSN within 3 years as per Education Agreement.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 1 year of RN experience.
• Home Health and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
• IV proficient or willing to train and perform IV functions.

Responsibilities

• Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Must be IV proficient; training provided and proficiency expected at 90 days.
• Develop and implement care plans, which are goal oriented and patient centered.
• Develop plan for discharge of patients.
