Safe Life Home Healthcare in Lombard, IL is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor for an office-based, on-site role. You will oversee field staff, coordinate with physicians, and ensure adherence to care plans. The position requires a valid Illinois RN license and at least 2 years of Home Health RN experience.

WellSky (Kinnser) EMR experience is preferred. Expect 40 hours per week with competitive hourly pay of $35–$40.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health RN.
• EMR experience with WellSky (Kinnser) preferred.
• Current RN license in Illinois.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Care oversight of field staff to ensure adherence to care plans and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with physicians and clinicians to develop patient care plans.
• Advocate for patient needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Ensure care meets state/federal regulations and company policies.
