Safe Life Home Healthcare in Lombard, IL is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor for an office-based, on-site role. You will oversee field staff, coordinate with physicians, and ensure adherence to care plans. The position requires a valid Illinois RN license and at least 2 years of Home Health RN experience.

WellSky (Kinnser) EMR experience is preferred. Expect 40 hours per week with competitive hourly pay of $35–$40.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health RN.

• Current RN license in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Care Oversight: Monitor and oversee the care provided by field staff to ensure compliance with care plans and safety protocols.
• Coordination: Collaborate closely with physicians, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Patient Advocacy: Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to advocate for the patient’s needs and preferences.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, including assessments, care plans, and follow-up documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure all care provided meets state and federal regulations as well as company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health RN.
• EMR Proficiency: Experience using WellSky (Kinnser) EMR for home health is preferred.
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Illinois.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
