BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time RN Clinical Field Educator to lead the training and development of newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a hands-on clinical caseload.

This role focuses on precepting, mentoring, and onboarding across disciplines, with substantial direct patient care and collaboration with Clinical Education. Prior Medicare‑Certified Home Health experience is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in AZ is required.
• Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience is required.
• Experience mentoring and onboarding nursing staff.
• Ability to travel to field locations and conduct home visits.

Responsabilités

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs, providing one-on-one clinical training during home visits and mentoring through their first year.
• Educate and onboard clinicians to build and maintain onboarding calendars and courses.
• Deliver Direct Care with a minimum 50% time in the field, including case management and RN duties.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education and office teams to ensure training consistency and clinician retention.
