This role offers $78,000–$88,000 base with a $10,000 sign-on, a true Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, journey-along ride-along before you commit, and mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Missouri or Compact RN license is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of home health patients and supervise LPN visits.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/ST teams and implement physician orders in care plans.
• Support patients with CHF, COPD, diabetes, wounds, and medication regimens.
