Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to assess patients at home, implement plans of care, administer medications, and monitor progress. You will coordinate with families, supervise home health aides, document in EPIC, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

• BLS certification required.
• Associate degree or BSN preferred.
• 1 year of direct care nursing experience, preferably home health.
• OASIS and/or EPIC experience preferred.

What You'll Need

• An active valid Massachusetts RN license;
• An active American Health Association BLS certification;
• Associate’s Degree or BSN (preferred) from an accredited school of nursing;
• At least 1 year of direct care nursing experience, preferably the area of public health or home care nursing;
• OASIS and/or EPIC experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $79,000.00 USD - $114,900.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
