AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Health in Amarillo, TX. The role covers care plan management from admission through discharge, guiding staff and coordinating interdisciplinary care to meet patient needs.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with monthly on-call duties. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, based on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package to support caregiver well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of operation.

Responsibilities

• Assess the status of nursing needs and manage the patient’s care plan.
• Complete initial patient assessment upon admission with history.
• Select appropriate nursing diagnoses and monitor interventions.
• Review medicines for adverse reactions, allergies, and contraindicated meds.
• Establish measurable goals and communicate with physicians.
• Implement nursing interventions within the Nurse Practice Act.
• Re-evaluate patient needs and document progress and discharge notes.
• Inform physicians of changes in patient condition.
