Job summary

Ascension at Home, together with Compassus, is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to support patient recovery at home, educate families, and oversee interdisciplinary teams. This role requires an active RN license, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Home health experience is preferred, enabling high-quality, compassionate in-home care. The successful candidate will participate in care planning, coordinate with clinicians, and help deliver safe, effective

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
