Job summary

Andwell Health Partners seeks a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes under a physician’s plan of care. Develop plans of care with measurable outcomes and collaborate with patients and families to promote informed decisions.

You will assess holistic health needs, demonstrate clinical competency, and manage pain and symptoms. A Maine RN license and CPR are required, with at least one year of recent nursing experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• RN license in Maine
• CPR certification current
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their home under physician plan of care
• Develop plans of care with measurable outcomes in collaboration with patient/family
• Educate and promote patient rights and responsibilities in the plan of care
• Assess patient’s holistic health care needs
• Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills
• Manage pain control and symptom management
