Andwell Health Partners seeks a Skilled Home Health Nurse (RN) to deliver personalized nursing care in patients' homes across the Rumford to Buckfield coverage area. You will perform assessments, wound care, medication management, and teach families. This role offers autonomy with support, mileage reimbursement, and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maine.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health a plus).
• Ability to work independently with strong judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with patients and families.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalized, high-quality nursing care in patients' homes.
• Perform comprehensive assessments beyond symptoms.
• Provide wound care, medication management, and chronic disease support.
