Job summary

Andwell Health Partners in Lewiston, ME seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing at patients' homes under physician guidance. You will develop and implement plans of care with measurable outcomes in collaboration with patients and families.

You will assess holistic health needs, apply pain and symptom management, and educate patients about their rights and choices within the plan of care. A Maine RN license and CPR are required; one year of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Current R.N. license in the State of Maine is required.
• ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged.
• Current CPR card required.
• One year of recent clinical nursing experience is required.
• Reliable car with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their own homes under physician plan of care.
• Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes with patient/family.
• Provide education and promote patient rights and responsibilities in the plan of care.
• Assess and identify the patient’s holistic health care needs.
• Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.
• Utilize knowledge of pain control and symptom management.
