Job summary

Hot Springs Health Program is seeking a Home Health/Hospice Registered Nurse to case manage and provide skilled nursing services during patient visits. The role includes coordinating home care services, supervising CNAs and PRN nurses in the home, and coordinating care among disciplines (PT, OT, ST, CNA, MSW).

A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered, with $5,000 paid at the end of each completed year, contingent on working at least 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and have a current RN license to practice in NC.
• Experience: Must have at least one year of experience as an RN in a hospital/home care/hospice/public health setting.
• Other: Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation.
