Job summary

Access TLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team for visits in the San Fernando Valley. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their home setting, with charting completed electronically on an internet-enabled iPad.

We have served Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles counties for over 22 years. Requirements include California RN License, minimum of one year of nursing experience, CA Driver's License, CPR, and bilingual ability

Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Bilingual preferred (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in home setting.
• Complete charting electronically using provided iPad.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
