Job summary

Assisted Home Health & Hospice in California is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for full-time or per diem availability covering North County (Lompoc, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and nearby areas). You will provide comprehensive home health nursing care with flexible schedules to meet patient needs.

You must hold a current California RN license and CPR certification. The role offers meaningful work, competitive benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
Current, active license in the state of California Board of Nursing.
Current CPR, health clearance, TB clearance.

Responsibilities

Have flexible hours and working close to home (reduce your commute!)
Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of the patient's needs
Provide service and /or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills
Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
Counsel, support and instruct the patient, family and caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs
