Job summary

As part of a supportive team, you will collaborate with PT/OT/Speech therapy and leverage AI-assisted charting to balance efficiency with compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Kansas or Compact RN license.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload including supervision of home health visits.
• Coordinate services with therapists and other care providers.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and medications.
• Communicate orders from physicians and write care plans.
