Caretenders Home Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide and direct home health nursing care under physician orders, coordinating total care with the care team to ensure continuity for patients in their homes.

The role emphasizes high-quality clinical services, adherence to regulations, and effective communication with patients, families and providers. Full-time, with benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• CPR certification preferred; 1+ years home health experience.
• Ability to work independently; strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides and directs nursing care in patients' homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with laws and agency policies.
• Coordinate total plan of care with other health care professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Supervises and guides home health aides and licensed nurses; performs required supervisory visits.
• Documents visits, completes assessments, and ensures accurate coding and payer requirements.
