Adoration Health in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a RN Branch Director for our Home Health team. You will lead clinical services, set care standards, and ensure quality patient outcomes in a full-time role.

The position requires a registered nurse license (ASN/BSN), CPR certification, and prior leadership or supervisory experience in home health or related healthcare. You will oversee administrative and clinical staff, drive branch performance, and uphold safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN) required.
• CPR certification required.
• 5+ years of leadership or business development experience preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years in health services administration with supervisory or admin experience in Home Health or related health care program.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
• Maintain efficient and organized branch operations, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with local ordinances, fire and safety regulations.
• Address deficiencies identified during surveys or audits and implement corrective actions.
• Direct supervision of administrative staff and oversight of clinical staff in collaboration with Clinical Manager(s).
• Direct the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch.
